Problem:
You don't know your username or how to find it.
Solution:
There are a few ways you can uncover your username:
- Request a Password Reset
- Under your display name in the app
- Next to your profile picture on the web
- Under your profile picture on the mobile web
- From the URL of a tweet
- From a friends "Friends List" on the web
Request a Password Reset
- Request a Password Reset here: https://untappd.com/account/reset_password
- If you are trying to get the username of a brewery account, make sure select "YES" for the "Brewery Account?" drop-down
- The Password Reset email will contain your username
Under your display name in the app:
- Navigate to your profile page in the app and you will see your username under your profile picture
Next to your profile picture on the web:
- Navigate to your profile page on the web and you will see your username next to your profile picture
Under your profile picture on the mobile web:
- Navigate to your profile page on mobile web and you will see your username below your profile picture
From the URL of a tweet:
- You can also get your username via Tweets, for example, this a tweet for badge
- Clicking on link you can see your username in the URL:
From a friends "Friends List" on the web
Having trouble logging in, so you can't see these options? Ask one of your friends to check their Friends List for your username, or if you know their username you can look yourself!
- Your username will be in under your Display Name in the Friends List
- You can navigate to your friends profile by replacing "USERNAMEHERE" with your friends username in the URL http://untappd.com/user/USERNAMEHERE and find your username under your Display Name in their Friends List
