As the Primary User of your UTFB account, you can control what aspects users on your account can access.
To do this, you'll click the circle in the top right and then choose Manage Users:
You will then click on the employee's name to continue to their profile. Click on Edit Permissions and you'll be able to toggle on and off which aspects of the product you'd like your staff member to control.

- Can Manage Members -Includes inviting/removing users, setting user permissions
- Can create a menu - Can add a drink menu
- Can delete a menu - Can delete a drink menu
- Can update a menu name - Can update the name of any menu
- Can update a section name - Can update the name of any menu section
- Can add and remove beers - Can change the items on any menu
- Can add and remove sections - Can add or remove sections from any menu
- Can edit item details - Can edit the information of any item in a menu
- Can create an event - Can set up an event viewable on the Untappd app
- Can list print menus - Can view print menus set up in the account and edit them
- Can list digital menus - Can view digital boards set up in the account and edit them
- Can list embed menus - Can view the web embed codes and web embed editor
- Can edit website - Can create, view, and edit a UTFB website
- Can customize print menus - Can access the print menu builder
- Can list menu announcements - Can set up an announcement on digital boards and print menus
- Can list announcements - Can set up a menu announcement
- Can list venue analytics - Can view the venue analytics screen
- Can list nearby analytics - Can view the nearby analytics screen
- Can show location information - Can view the location information screen
- Can show location details - Can view/edit the location details screen including branding, currency, etc.
- Can list hours - Can view/edit the business hours of the venue
- Can access billing - Can edit/view billing information which includes credit card and billing contact (as a default, this field remains unchecked unless the primary user allows this access)
