If you are unable to gain access to your account & have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the Untappd for Business login screen.
Go to the Untappd for Business website or to the Untappd for Business mobile app.

Once there, look below the log in button and click on “Forgot your password?”
You’ll then be prompted to enter the email that you use to sign into Untappd for Business.
If you are logged into your Untappd for Business account and simply need to update your password, click on your name in the top right corner and select “Settings” from the dropdown menu:
You will then see the section titled Update Password. Type in a new password at least 8 characters in length, confirm it, and click the Update Account button to activate your new password:
