If you are unable to gain access to your account & have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the UTFB login screen.
Go to the Untappd for Business website or to the UTFB mobile app.

Once there, look below the log in button and click on “Forgot your password?”
You’ll then be prompted to enter the email that you use to sign into UTFB.
If you are logged into your UTFB account and simply need to update your password, click on the circle in the top right corner and select “Settings” from the dropdown menu:
You will then see the section titled Update Password. Type in a new password at least 8 characters in length, confirm it, and click the Update Account button to activate your new password:
