Related versions of a drink show on the drink page under Variants. If a drink comes in different vintage years, you'll also see Vintages. Tap any drink to open it. Learn more about how variants are added in our Variant Policy.
Variants
- Open a drink page (from the Search tab at the bottom of the screen, a check-in, or a producer page).
- Scroll to Variants and tap a drink. If there are more, tap See All Variants to see the full list.
You'll land on that variant's drink page. If there are no variants for the drink you’re viewing, the list will not show.
Vintages
If a drink comes in different vintage years, its main page shows Vintages. It can also show Variants for other versions of the drink.
- Open the drink's main page.
- Use the Vintages carousel to pick a year.
You'll open that vintage’s drink page.
Good to know
- Some drinks show detail information rows for Region:, Taste Profile:, and Food Pairing: when Untappd has that data.
- Wine-Searcher drinks can show a POWERED BY Wine-Searcher attribution on Overview. Tap it to open Wine-Searcher.
- When you check in a vintage-family drink, the check-in screen can show What is the vintage year? with year pills under the drink name.
Don't see it?
- Don't see Variants or Vintages? Not every drink has related versions.
- Don't see Vintages? It only shows on the drink's main page, not on the page for a specific year.
