How can I claim my brewery on Untappd?

You want to claim your brewery on Untappd to manage your portfolio, communicate with users, and see statistical insights? Good News! It's simple and only takes a few seconds to register.

To claim your brewery page:

1. Either navigate directly to your brewery page's URL in a web browser if you know it, or open untappd.com on the web (not the app) and search for your brewery in the search bar. If you can't find it, you can go to http://untappd.com/breweries and try pulling it up its name in search there. 
   • • Claiming a brewery is only available to individuals who work at or on behalf of the brewery. Attempts to claim a brewery that do not meet the requirements will be rejected.
       
       
2. On your brewery page, look to the right and you'll see the "Claim this Brewery" button. Click there to start the claim process.
   
   • • You can only claim your brewery from a desktop computer, or a tablet in landscape view. You cannot claim your brewery from a small screen device, such as your phone, or tablet that can't see the right sidebar. 
       
     • If you see a Star Icon  then your brewery page is already claimed. Please reach out to us so we can help you gain access to your account.
       
       
3. Review the claim overview and click "Yes, Continue."
4. Fill out the claim form and click submit.
   • • Please use your brewery-related email when signing up. This email CANNOT be associated with any other Untappd account (personal, brewery, or verified venue). Home breweries do not need a brewery affiliated email address - just a unique email address not associated with any other Untappd accounts.  If you do not have a brewery affiliated email address, please explain why in the message section:
       
5. Once submitted, your claim will be reviewed and you will receive further instruction.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. I don't see a button to claim my brewery?
   • • Either you are trying to claim your device from an unsupported device or your brewery is already claimed
       • • You can only claim your brewery from a desktop computer, or a tablet in landscape view. You cannot claim your brewery from a small screen device, such as your phone, or tablet that can't see the right sidebar. 
         • If you see a Star icon then your brewery page is already claimed. Please reach out to us so we can help you gain access to your account.
           
           
2. I don't have a brewery affiliated email address yet!
   • • If you do not have a brewery affiliated email, please explain why in the message section.
3. It says my email is in use already!?
   • • The email address you use to claim a brewery cannot be associated with a user account. If you have a user account with that email address you will need to change the email address associated with your user account or use a different email address for your claim
     • If you created a user account by mistake and want it deleted, please reach out to us rather than deleting the user account. Account deletions take 7 days to process so deleting the user account will make things more difficult.
