The packaging image tool enables breweries to upload images that are missing on the DoorDash platform to provide a more seamless experience.
Access
The tool is accessible to both the primary user of a brewery and any/all of its managers. If you’re already logged into your brewery account on Untappd, to get started you can navigate directly to https://next.untappd.com/brewery/portal. Otherwise, log into your brewery account from a web browser (if you’re a manager, log into your personal account then navigate to your brewery page and click the “use as this brewery" link at the top). From your brewery account landing page, hover over your brewery logo in the upper right next to the search bar and open the admin dropdown menu. There you’ll see the option, “Packaging Image Tool.” If you have missing images, you’ll see a yellow dot over your logo before the menu opens, as well as a “Needs Action” callout above the portal link.
Click “Packaging Image Tool” to enter. If everything is complete or there are no pending tasks, you’ll see everything clear:
If images are missing, on the left you’ll see two tabs: Needs Action (along with the number of incomplete actions) and Completed. You’ll also see a list of the exact images missing, with the name of the item it’s for, and the package size/sizes of that item that need to be uploaded.
