If a check-in, profile, photo, or comment breaks the Community Guidelines, report it in the app (requires a registered account). Use Flag Check-in on a check-in, Report User on a profile, or Report on a comment.
Report a check-in (including a check-in photo)
- Find the check-in in a feed or on a profile page.
- Tap the three-dot menu on that check-in
- Tap Flag Check-in.
- Choose a reason and submit.
You'll see a confirmation that the report was sent. Untappd will then review reports and take necessary measures.
Report a user account (including a profile photo)
- Open the person's profile.
- Tap the three-dot menu at the top right.
- Tap Report User.
- Choose a reason and submit.
Report a comment
- Open the check-in that has the comment.
- Find the comment and open its menu.
- Tap Report.
- Choose a reason and submit.
Good to know
- Reporting is private. The other person is not told who reported them.
- You can also Block User from their profile menu if you don't want to see them again. See Block a User.
Don't see it?
Don't see Flag Check-in, Report User, or Report? You need a registered account. If you're using Untappd without an account, actions like reporting open the sign-up prompt. On your own check-in, the menu shows edit and delete options instead of Flag Check-in.
