If you see a drink in your feed with a pop up indicating it has been marked as inactive, it is for one of the reasons below:
- It was marked as non‑existent by our moderators, meaning we were unable to verify it is a real, packaged product from a brand.
- The drink violated our Naming Standards.
- The drink violated our Drink Guidelines.
When a drink is marked inactive, it no longer appears in search or other public surfaces. We don’t delete users’ check‑ins, so you won’t lose your check‑in or badges associated with it.
If you believe a drink was marked in error, please contact Support with links or images of the official packaging from the brand so we can review it.
