If you currently have an Amazon Fire TV device and would like to check what version your device is, we recommend downloading the Informer app on your Fire TV device. If the device is an Amazon Signage stick, Fire TV Stick 4K, or 4K MAX, your hardware is compatible with our digital menus.
Other devices may work to display our digital boards, but we are not able to provide support for the following devices or guarantee proper functionality on anything other than our recommended devices.
If you do decide to access Untappd for Business Digital Boards on an unsupported device it will need to have a minimum of 2GB of RAM capacity in order to work; however, we will not be able to offer suggestions/advice on how to make it work if it does not.
