A billing statement is a summary of all invoices, payments, and credits on your account for a specific date range. This is the best place to see how much payment was collected on your account for a specific date range.
First, access the Billing & Invoices section of your Untappd for Business account. You can do this by clicking your name in the top right corner of your account, then clicking 'Billing & Invoices'. Alternatively, while signed into your account you navigate directly to business.untappd.com/invoices/utfb.
Next, select your venue name, and you will be taken to the billing portal. From here, select 'Statements'.
Then select 'Generate'.
Select the date range for when you want to see the statement, and also select the Statement Style:
- Detailed: This will show the charges by item (product, taxes, etc.) << This is our recommended Statement Style
- By Subscription: This will show the same information as the Detailed style, and will also include the Subscription information. If you have multiple subscriptions, this will group the charges for each subscription together (All Untappd for Business and Local Badges will be grouped together, All Ollie will be grouped together, etc.).
- Summarized: This will show one line for each type of transaction (Total for all invoices, Total for all payments, etc.)
Choose whether you would like to email a copy of the statement to the billing contact on file, or download a PDF copy.
On the statement, a "Debit" is an invoice charged to your account, and "Credit" is a reduction in amounts owed on your account (Either a credit/reverse charge, or a payment).
