The Beer Distribution Stats dashboard gives Premium-tier brewery accounts a focused view of how their beers are performing across venues (both verified and unverified) on Untappd, bringing distribution coverage and engagement insights into one place, and helping brewery teams understand where their beers are being poured and how drinkers are interacting with them.
Beer Distribution Stats are available exclusively to Untappd for Business (UTFB) Premium customers with customer type Brewery who are logged in using an Untappd account associated with their brewery. If you are not in one of these groups, the Beer Distribution Stats dashboard will not appear in your account.
How To Connect
In your UTFB account find Brewery Tools > Beer Distribution in the menu bar on the left, then click Authorize Untappd:
This will take you to the Untappd web login portal, where you'll need to authenticate your account by signing in with your brewery username or the email address associated with your brewery. This will be different from the email address associated with your UTFB account. If you're not already logged into the account you'll see the prompt on the left; if you are logged in, you'll see the prompt on the right (just double check that the account shown IS the one attached to the brewery account and not a personal account).
Note: If your account has multiple users that you'd like to be able to view this area in your account, each one must log into their individual UTFB account and set up the connection.
Once you complete the connection and have returned to the main UTFB screen, you should see the view below under the Beer Distribution tab:
If you authenticate and the account you authenticated with is not the admin at a brewery, you'll see this page instead:
At the top of the dashboard under Distribution Summary, you’ll find a high-level snapshot of your distribution activity, including:
- Total check-ins
- Venues selling your beers
- Unique users engaging with your beers
- Total SKUs (distinct beer offerings)
Top Distributed Beers
Next you'll see Top Distributed Beers. The Top Distributed Beers tables highlight your strongest-performing beers based on either check-ins or verified Untappd menus where the beer appears; you can toggle between both views as needed.
When viewing by check-ins, you’ll see up to 100 top beers, including:

Things To Know About Distribution Reporting
- Reporting is limited to the last 90 days (30/60/90-day filters only)
- Data is batch updated, so updates aren't available in real time
- Multi-year reporting or reporting at a national level is not an option
- Competitive comparisons (e.g., against other breweries) are not available
