If you are a new brewery and haven't yet produced a beer, you will need to create your beer and brewery on Untappd to get started!
You might want to review our handy guide to understanding the difference between your brewery page and your verified venue page here for more details before continuing.
A few things to note:
- A beer cannot exist on Untappd without being associated with a brewery.
- A brewery cannot exist without being associated with at least one beer.
- If a brewery already exists on Untappd you can add a beer directly to that brewery.
- If a brewery does not yet exist on Untappd you can create the brewery during a beer creation process.
Brewery pages can only be managed via web browser, so you'll need to log into the portal at https://untappd.com in order to begin. If you have a personal account, you can log into that in order to start your brewery page. If you don't have a personal login to the app, you'll need to create one.
The first step is to add your beer; you must have all the info for at least ONE beer that you brew in order to set up a brewery page. To do this, go to the search bar in the upper right hand corner and type in the name of the beer you want to add (of course, you won't find it). Hit ENTER to get a list of search results. At the bottom of the list will be a yellow box that will have a prompt that says "Don't see the beer you're looking for? You can add it here." Click, You can add it here.
That will take you to a form that will display the guidelines for adding beer. Fill out the form with your beer's information. When you get down to "Brewery Name," you will enter the name of your brewery. It will prompt you to create the brewery if it doesn't exist. Once you add the beer and brewery details, click, "Add New Beer." This will take you to your newly created beer's page on Untappd. If you click your brewery's name underneath the beer name, that will take you to your brand new brewery page!
