You can cancel your Untappd Insider subscription anytime. You keep Insider access until the end of the billing period. Cancel where you originally subscribed (Apple, Google, or the web). In the app, Insiders also get a Manage Subscriptions row under Settings (the gear icon at the top right of Discover, or on your profile) > Insiders.
On the app
- Open Settings.
- Tap Insiders.
- Tap Manage Subscriptions.
- Follow the store or subscription screen to cancel.
If you aren't an Insider yet, that area shows Become an Insider and Restore Purchase instead.
If you subscribed with Apple
- Open your Apple device Settings.
- Open Subscriptions.
- Tap Untappd.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you subscribed with Google Play
- Open Google Play Subscriptions.
- Tap Untappd.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you subscribed on the web
- Go to untappd.com/account/insider while logged in.
- Cancel from that page.
You can resubscribe later as an Untappd Insider.
Refunds
There are no refunds for Untappd Insiders. You can cancel anytime, but because this is a digital subscription, Untappd does not provide refunds. Questions: support@untappd.com.
Good to know
- Cancelling an Insider subscription will not remove any Insider badges earned and will not affect check-ins that used Insider-specific features (rating scale, back-dating, out of range locations, etc.).
- After you cancel, Insider features stay on until the period ends, then they turn off.
- Use Restore Purchase in Settings if you reinstall and your Apple or Google subscription should still be active.
- Manage Subscriptions only appears when you're already an Insider. Non-subscribers see Become an Insider.
Don't see it?
Don't see Insiders or Manage Subscriptions? Open Settings from the gear on Discover or on your profile (not Community). If you see Become an Insider instead, this account isn't on an active Insider subscription (or you subscribed on another platform or account).
