The first page of your consolidated invoice will summarize charges for each child account. It will show the gross charges + taxes separately, and the total. The first page will also show items like invoice due date, billing terms, and the invoice status.
After the summary page, there will be a separate page for each child account. Each child account will show the charges by subscription and product. These will include the dates of service, quantity, unit price, and tax rate by child.
Please note: Taxes are calculated based on the location of each child account, so tax rates will differ by location.
