To help get your new location set up, we are able to import your beer and food/wine/cocktail menu for you. If you are not on Premium, we are only able to import a beer menu. There is no limit to the number of items, but we recommend keeping your menus under 500 items.
Please read the requirements below to submit a bulk upload request:
- This service is only for new locations and may only be done once within the first 30 days after signup
- The document you provide must be copy and paste compatible
- We accept almost all text-based file types*
- We do not accept image files or photography
- We do not accept handwritten menus
- Any submission containing over 300 items** must be submitted in a spreadsheet format.***
*Please note – if you use a paid service, like Photoshop or Illustrator, we may not be able to open the file. Exporting to an open-source file type like a .pdf or .csv is preferred. The Bulk Upload Team will reach out if they have any difficulty opening your file.
**Note: An “item” is any specific piece of data that needs to be uploaded, not just the total number of beers, wines, etc. on a list. Each of these IS an item, but things like container sizes and prices are also considered separate items. This means if a beer list has 100 beers, but they each need the price and serving size included, that menu is effectively 300 items, not 100.
***Note: If a beer menu has over 300 items, but cannot be provided in a spreadsheet format, the menu can still be uploaded, but this will greatly increase the amount of estimated time for completion. The maximum number of items that we will manually upload without a spreadsheet is 1000.
