Before you open a ticket - consider the following:

  • Make sure you have met the badge criteria. 99.9% of all badge inquiries on why someone didn't unlock the badge are the direct result of a user not understanding the requirements.
  • We try to make unlocking badges fun, so the descriptions and hints are meant to be riddles. Try to the solve the puzzle first before opening a ticket!
  • Look around Untappd and see if you meet the criteria from people who already got the badge. It's good way to double check.
  • By default, all badges are non-retroactive. This means that whenever they are released, that's when it counts. Previous check-ins do not count.
