Log in required

Since updating iOS (5.1.1) I need to log in every time I open the app. This means I am spending as much time fiddling with the log in screen as utilizing features of the app. I have not seen this issue raised elsewhere. The only change to my phone settings is allow wireless synch / iCloud. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Matt.

    Have you tried re-installing the application? That may help. We are working on this in a new release of the application - but in the short term - we have been told that is working correctly.

    Thanks, Greg. This seems to have worked (only tried once so far). I plan to check in to a few brews later for confirmatory testing. 🍻

    I've been having the same problem. Had to reset my password, worked great for a week, now I'm having a hard time logging in with my password. Online is fine. I'll try downloading it again, droid.

    Wifi or 3G? Are you saving the password in your browser cache? (i.e when it comes up and asks you if you want to save the password).

    WIFI Greg, downloaded again and it seems to have solved it. And yes I have
    saved my password. My only gripe now is with the picture download. Take one
    or get one from gallery seems to kick back to the beginning with maddingly
    regularity.

    Can you send me a LogCat of the error?

    1. Install CatLog on your device: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.nolanlawson.logcat
    2. At the event of a crash, open CatLog.
      3, Hit the Menu Button > Save. Then hit Menu Button > Send > As Attachment.
    3. Send the attachment to greg AT untappd DOT com
      Make sure to reset CatLog after sending the logs by returning to CatLog and hit Menu Button > Play Main Log.

    Reload seems to have worked. I have installed the Logcat and will fwd
    anything amiss. Hopefully I can meet up with you in July and have a coupla
