Cannot follow Sixpoint Brewery

I tried to follow Sixpoint Brewery (partially because I like their beers and partially as a step in trying to get the "Ray of Light" badge. Every time I try to follow it on both the Android app and the website via Chrome on my Macbook I get an error stating "Something went horribly wrong. Please refresh the page and try again."
