app not totally working

when i bring up the app, all i get is a loading
notification.
i have it loaded on a I pod 4, the problem just started today

Try forcing the app and reloading it. You can force close the app by double tapping the Home Screen and then tap and hold the Untappd icon until you see the Red minus sign. Then touch it to remove it.

Have you tried to reset your password? Are you storing your password when it comes up and asks you to "save your password"?

Yes and it still rejects the new password. I've unistalled and re-installed several times. App only worked once and that was when I set up my account on 4/30.

It sounds like your browser is caching your old password or something that effect. Try clear cache, data, cookies and history from your browser history.
Then reboot your phone and let me know.

Did all that. Still is saying, "Oh no! There appears to be an error! Your username and/or password is incorrect. Please try again."

Just out of curiosity - do you get a pop-up that says "Remember password when you click "Login"?
Have you tried to login via the mobile web (http://m.untappd.com)?
