Creating Check-In Location

Is it possible to create check-in location?

    Iris,

    After you check-in your beer, click "add location". A list of venues will be displayed from foursquare. You can use the search box at the top to search for the location.

    If your location is not there - you will need to add it via Foursquare, as we use the venues from them.

    Is there a threshold or other qualifier for a location on 4sq to count as a location here? There are a few places that are frequented on 4sq that are not available here.

    Nope - if you can see your venue on the list. Just search for it using the box on the top. All venues are pulled in via Foursquare - so if its in foursquare, it will be in Untappd.

    This venue (https://foursquare.com/venue/172015) does not show up at all in Untappd.

    Are you close to the venue? You can only search for Venues that close by - which is the same as the foursquare app.

    So, 7 weeks later I ended up answering my own question. I was NOT near the venue while checking the mobile web. All will be set when darts starts.
