Brew Fest Additions
Tom Story
I am a web designer for many craft brew fests. I would personally like to check in many of the beers that I taste during these fests. How can I add these as dates or locations? And/or utilize the untappd.com? Thanks, Tom

You can use Untappd to check-in beers consumed at beer-festivals through the app normally. Is that what your asking? We don't allow back-dating in our app.

I think more that I should have looked into adding a Venue and found that I
should add it in foursquare. I think that should suffice.
If you think of other ways we could integrate your site/app into our
Brewfests, let us know. I would be happy to help.

Promoting is one thing we always stress on, as it 's a good way to encourage people to share their experience at the event.
It also help with people promoting the event because if you tag your Twitter handle on the foursquare venue, it tweets out when people send their check-ins to Twitter - which can be good for marketing and creating the buzz.
