It's a leap year. What about a leap year badge? we won't have this opportunity for four more years!

   i came here to suggest the exact same thing....Leap Year Badge!! it only comes every four years, so crack open a brew and celebrate an extra day!

   I just wanna say, yeah, it comes once every 4 years. And we need a Badge. February is my favorite month anyway.
