Improved rating scale

A 5-star ranking system is not enough. There should be a 1-10 rating scale, there is such a diverse world of beers nowadays in the craft scene so the points that you are able to give a check-in should reflect this. No need for half points but at least more stars than now.

    During countless tests we have determine 1-10 to be a little too much for our user base. We want to make things as simple as possible (half star ratings have been discussed before). We have plans for more detailed ratings in the future for other aspects besides just an overall ratings that we think people will enjoy.
