Wrong beer style

Just curious if there is a way to correct the style of a beer which someone else created incorrectly? The specific beer I'm referring to is Hudy 14K by Hudepohl-Schoenling, the creator of this beer selected "American Pale Ale" however it is not an Ale at all. Hudy 14K is actually a Lager.
